Access Form

In order for us to begin implementing your project, we will need to gain access to the following platforms.

If any of the below is an issue or a struggle please provide us with the logins for the relevant accounts. For example, the Google accounts, then provide us with your email and password and we will be able to grant ourselves the relevant access needed – whichever makes it easy for you! – Just add these in the additional notes section.

We do not pass on any of this data to third parties and is stored within our LastPass Business account.

  • We have sent an invitation to manage your profile. You will find this under Settings – Page Roles (Here you will see the invitation) Or if you need us to grant access please provide your username and password below:
  • We will need to be grated admin access to your business page. You can do this by going to your LinkedIn Business Page - Admin Tools - Page Admins - and type the name "Dean Lynn" and grant admin access.
  • If you have a team who are supporting the marketing campaign, please let us know of any mobile numbers and names that we can add into your WhatsApp group.

  • We need the admin username and password for the current website so we can get in and make changes.
  • Login here -, click on the location that is listed on your dashboard screen, then a sub menu on the left hand side will show, click on users and you will see a + icon in the top right corner of the popup. Put in and choose the role manager.

    • Navigate to your Accounts page.
    • Click the Edit permissions button in the header of the account you want to manage .
    • Click on the email of the user you wish to edit, or click the Add user button .
    • Click the Add user button to reveal the User details panel.
    • Enter the email address. –
    • Click the drop-down menu next to each role to select the appropriate permission level.
    • Click DONE when complete.

    • Choose a property in Search Console.
    • Click the gear icon , then select Users & Property Owners.
    • Click Add a new user.
    • Enter the email address. – and select the type of user.
    • Click Add.
    • The property will be added to the new user's Search Console account automatically.

    • In the Role drop down menu, select which permission you want to grant the new user.
    • Since you are delegating permissions using your own key, the Key field is automatically set to your own key, as you are the original administrator .
    • Click Add to add the user they will be added to the list below.

    • Click your profile name and choose Account.
    • Click the Settings drop-down menu and choose Users.
    • Click Invite A User.

    • Click Send Invite.
