The Good Stuff is a family run restaurant, opened by professional bodybuilder Ashish Sharman with the mission of delivering healthy food to Peterborough, Cambridge shire, and eliminating the stigma of vegetarian and vegan meals as being bland and boring. The restaurant serves healthy alternatives to dishes such as pizza’s, kebabs and burritos, while also serving customers protein filled pancakes, healthy smoothies and many other wholesome food options. The whole menu is designed to incorporate fitness nutrition into everyday recipes, and create an oasis for people from all walks of life who wish to improve their diets while still being able to indulge in great tasting food in an acute and friendly environment.
Local bodybuilder and personal trainer Ashish Sarman had the idea for an eatery in Peterborough that provided fast and healthy food.
Ash had all the ideas, the meal concepts and nutritional knowledge, but had no brand, no name for his business, and no launch strategy.
Ash simply had a vision that he wanted to open a take-away concept that only offers fresh, wholesome and nutritious food.
Ash partnered with Trusted Media to turn his business idea into reality.
‘The Good Stuff’ name was created by Trusted Media, and along with it, a strong health-food brand that could work universally across shops and food products. The Good Stuff logo and brand assets were created, including branded menus, uniforms and retail material.
Ash took on a retail unit in the city centre of Peterborough, where you can now see The Good Stuff in all its glory.
To launch The Good Stuff locally, Trusted Media also helped with a PR and launch event night for local influencers and press to try out the new menu. This was a great success, and The Good Stuff gained press across the city.
The Good Stuff remains a firm favourite in Peterborough. With fitness enthusiasts and local athletes in bodybuilding and the POSH football club, making it their place for high-quality, healthy food, it has gained a strong reputation across the city for delivering a unique healthy eating experience.
Ash continues to partner with Trusted Media for ongoing consultancy support. Together we have helped Ash grow his menu and service offering, as The Good Stuff has now ventured into corporate catering and is looking to launch food products in the coming year.
