Woodstone originated as a carpentry business, but in recent years has seen an increasing amount of fireproofing work. They knew it was time to take this to the next level and launch it as an official offshoot of their main business.

This required the creation of an entirely new brand, along with a new website to direct their customers to and firmly establish their digital presence.

Woodstone sought us out as their media agency, as they were aware that we had experience working with trade contractor services. They aren’t a tech company, so placed a lot of importance on having a trusted partner who could guide them through this unfamiliar process and get the best possible outcome for them.

At Trusted Media, brand and website design are what we do best. We launched into action creating their brand and website from scratch, working alongside the team at Woodstone to ensure they aligned seamlessly with their brand ethos and ambitions.

In addition to website design and development, we integrated a business email solution for them and continue to host and manage the site. User experience was also a key requirement, so we worked with Woodstone to ensure this was integrated into every design element.

As with all our clients, we tailored our approach to their exact needs; they aren’t a digital company, so we needed to ensure we got to the root of what would really work for them as a business and spoke in a language that wasn’t baffling and tech heavy. Keeping the lines of communication continually open and providing an open forum for questions and feedback were key in getting to a solution our client loved.
