We will need to be grated admin access to your business page. You can do this by going to your LinkedIn Business Page – Admin Tools – Page Admins – and type the name “Dean Lynn” and grant admin access.

We need the admin username and password for the current website so we can get in and make changes.

Google My Business*

Login here – https://business.google.com, click on the location that is listed on your dashboard screen, then a sub menu on the left hand side will show, click on users and you will see a + icon in the top right corner of the popup. Put in client@trustedmedia.co.uk and choose the role manager.

Google Analytics*

Login here – https://analytics.google.com/:

  • Navigate to your Accounts page.
  • Click the Edit permissions button in the header of the account you want to manage .
  • Click on the email of the user you wish to edit, or click the Add user button .
  • Click the Add user button to reveal the User details panel.
  • Enter the email address. – client@trustedmedia.co.uk
  • Click the drop-down menu next to each role to select the appropriate permission level.
  • Click DONE when complete

Google Search Console*

Login here – https://search.google.com/search-console/:

  • Choose a property in Search Console.
  • Click the gear icon , then select Users & Property Owners.
  • Click Add a new user.
  • Enter the email address. – client@trustedmedia.co.uk and select the type of user.
  • Click Add.
  • The property will be added to the new user’s Search Console account automatically.

Google Ads

Login here – https://ads.google.com/:
Enter the Google Ads account’s Customer ID number:

Bing Webmaster Tools*

Login here – https://www.bing.com/toolbox/webmaster:

  • Enter the email address. – client@trustedmedia.co.uk.
  • In the Role drop down menu, select which permission you want to grant the new user.
  • Since you are delegating permissions using your own key, the Key field is automatically set to your own key, as you are the original administrator .
  • Click Add to add the user they will be added to the list below.

MailChimp*

Login here – https://login.mailchimp.com/:

  • Click your profile name and choose Account.
  • Click the Settings drop-down menu and choose Users.
  • Click Invite A User.
  • Input the email address client@trustedmedia.co.uk.
  • Choose the Admin option under User type. …
  • Click Send Invite.
