Brief

When Atmosphere Kanifushi decided to launch a new luxury resort, they engaged with the Trusted Media team to make their indulgent resort come to life online. After seeing the quality of the web pages that competitors were creating, OZEN understood that having a website which reflected their luxurious holidays and great excursions was paramount, so they approached Trusted Media with the intentions of working alongside experienced and talented developers who would go above and beyond in order to create an enchanting page which would capture the divine beauty of the Maldives and create an online presence which was not only visually striking but also had every feature necessary to book a trip without the lengthened booking forms that most similar websites would have on their pages which not only prolonged the booking process but was also uninviting to would be holiday-makers.

The Problem

Atmosphere Kanifushi decided to launch a new luxury resort in the Maldives. However, despite their existing array of luxury resorts, they needed a new brand to help the new resort come to life online.

Many of their competitors were creating flamboyant websites, which meant they needed to build a brand that could compete in a crowded market and a website that would represent the indulgent resort they were launching.

A brand, a website and a launch strategy were all needed in order to gain success for this new resort.

Solution

Trusted Media created the brand ‘OZEN’. We worked alongside Atmosphere Kanifushi to create a visually striking logo and brand assets that would represent the luxury and beauty of this new Maldives resort.

Once the OZEN brand was established for the new resort, we worked to build a brand new website that would go above and beyond expectations for customers looking to book their space.

As a strong feature, we worked on was to ensure that booking a trip to the OZEN resort was effortless. We saw how many of OZEN’s competitors were using lengthy booking forms. Instead, we aimed to make every touch of the OZEN website as relaxing and serene as the resort itself.

To launch the OZEN brand, we supported their in-house team with a creative content campaign to help gain press coverage in luxury travel magazines and publications. The PR and online exposure further helped to increase their new online visibility.

From start to continuation, we worked with OZEN to ensure a full campaign would enable them to launch successfully and gain the bookings required.

OZEN is now one of the most luxurious Maldives resorts and acquire significant bookings throughout the year.
