At Trusted Media, we designed and developed a brand new eCommerce website for Zuyosa.
We put a heavy focus on not only designing an eCommerce website that was attractive to customers, and represents their brand, but would also be user-friendly and easy to navigate.
As we discovered, many customers were dropping off during the checkout stage of their existing website; we optimised the shopping cart experience of the new eCommerce website. This increase upsells for Zuyosa, and enable their customers to have a seamless checkout experience.
To further increase their sales, we also supported Zuyosa in developing a subscription product feature. The addition of a subscription has meant they have been able to increase recurring revenue and convert existing customers into loyal regular customers.
In order to continue to strengthen Zuyosa’s brand presence online, we have implemented an SEO strategy that is already seeing a big impact on their most competitive key phrases.
We now continue to work with Zuyosa with ongoing marketing consultancy support in order to help them to continue and grow their business. Through our existing guidance, they have been able to optimise their existing product range and develop further product ideas.
